ABN AMRO Flexible Short Term Plan Fund

A Debt oriented Interval fund with no assured returns.

The Scheme offers Regular Plan which will have two Sub-Options:

  • Growth Option
  • Dividend Option (Quarterly & Monthly frequency)
The Dividend Options offer Dividend Payout and Dividend Re-investment facilities.

Both the Options will be managed with a common portfolio.

The primary objective of the scheme, series and the plans launched thereunder would be to seek to generate steady returns through investments made in a basket of fixed income securities, with a provision to offer liquidity at periodic interval.

Regular Plan: Growth Option, Quarterly Dividend Option and Monthly Dividend Option

A minimum of Rs. 100,000 per application and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter. There is no upper limit.

It may be noted that only high value clearing cheques will be accepted during New Fund Offer Period & subsequent Interval period.

 
  • Entry Load: Nil
  • Exit Load: 1% at all times, except the Interval periods
The Scheme would have an Interval period on quarterly basis for subscription and redemptions.

The Interval Period, at present, will be the 90th day from the date of allotment for the first time and subsequently 90th day from the date of allotment for the Interval Period under the Scheme.

In case such Interval date or payout date happens to be a non-business day or Friday, then the immediate next business day shall be considered as the Interval date.

However, AMC reserves the right to change/alter the Interval period, depending on the prevailing market condition and to protect the interest of the Investors. Such change will be notified to the customers by display of notice at various investor service centres of AMCs and its website.

The Scheme will offer for Redemption / Switch-out of Units on every Business Day on an ongoing basis, commencing not later than 30 days from the closure of New Fund Offer Period, subject to applicable exit load.

As per the SEBI Regulations, the Mutual Fund shall despatch Redemption proceeds within 10 Business Days of receiving the Redemption request. A penal interest of 15% per annum or such other rate as may be prescribed by SEBI from time to time, will be paid in case the Redemption proceeds are not despatched within 10 Business Days of the date of Redemption request. However, under normal circumstances, the Mutual Fund will endeavour to despatch the Redemption proceeds within 3 Business Days from the acceptance of the Redemption request.
