These are meant for
drilling borehole in hard compact formation (Rock
Drilling). They combine both percussion and rotary
action with air media. Sometimes Air Rotary DTH are
provided with mud pump for negotiating the overburden.

up to 120 meters. By mud rotary
method in alluvial soil.
